MT with a single front

I don't know too much about MTs. I have found one near my house and it appears to be an MT-N, if there is such a thing. I looked at the front wheel and it had "JD" cast into it in several places. It is a 1950 model.

Is this type of MT a rarity and does it have any special collector value? It is super straight and complete with new paint and decals and new tires. I am located in Texas, but I wonder what this machine is worth around the country?

They are not the rarest of tractors, but they are more collectable that the double wheeled narrow fronts.

There not to rare but the M series tractor was a hard working one along with the rest of the JD's. There more rare then the double front wheel set up. They made a 1 wheel front end, narrow front and wide front.
