41 B Hydraulic leaking into Gearbox?

I have a 41 B that seems to be losing hydraulic oil. I did replace the leather on the hydraulic piston and also put in a new gasket for the hydraulic cylinder casting which bolts to the hydraulic assembly, the bolts were torqued to 120 ft/lbs so I doubt the gasket is leaking. Is it possible for the oil to leak thru the PTO shaft area? IF so is there a seal there that I should have replaced, or is there a bronze bushing that should have been replaced? I just need a heads up on what to look for when I go back into this to fix the problem with the hydraulics. Thanks for the assistance. p.s. There are no external leaks, so the oil is staying in the tractor, and the gear box is very full, guess the new seals on the axles are doing their job.
