In reguards to the G high crop, I know the history of that tractor and $27,000 is pretty good for a bogus, counterfit taged tractor. Tom Teague is a good guy and he bought it that way not knowing.

I heard some buzz in the crowd that some of the higher priced tractors weren't actually sold because they had a reserve on them. Anyone else hear that?

Tom had a restored H there. What did it sell for,and what would be the norm for that tractor.

I was there to witness this and was amazed at the prices. Is it just me, or did this stuff go for a little higher than usual? I was there to see 95 of them auctioned off and only 3 of them were acually "market value" as far as I could tell, but then again, a lot of them were rare. (Yes, I did come home with an empty trailer). I kept track of the prices and that was one large sum of money for tractors.

I only live 2 hours away and I decided not to take a trailer. I thought everything brought it's worth and then some. What shocked me was the MI that was restored that sold for $9,000. Somebody wanted that one bad. I bough one about two years ago at an auction. It is kind of rough (sheet metal) but she was painted green with yellow wheels (instead of industrial yellow). Paid $1,200.00 Boy don't I feel like I got a steal. The way prices were going I thought the styled AW, on steel,(The last tractor they sold) would have brought more than it did.
