My dad has a 3020 LP that I am thinking of buying from him. The tractor is in good shape with brand new rubber. It has a synchro transmission. Wide front. Almost 8000 hours. He has had a hard time selling it because many people are afraid of propane and would rather own gas or diesel tractors. I don't think many 3020 LPs were made and I believe that it might be more valuable in years to come. Is this true? Also, what is a good price for it now? He wants $3000 and my Oliver Super 77 to trade.
Thanks, Jason

Seeing as how you know the tractor and it history, I'd say JUMP on it. I know some folks that had a 3020 LP they sold it cause they said they couldnt get parts for the regulator. So they sold it to some other folks I know, it's been a great tractor. I don't know what your oliver is worth though, gonna guess maybe $2,000 ???? That would put the 3020 @ $5,000?? Not to bad.

Might check fastline for an idea on prices.

I would not be one bit afraid of a LP.

As a matter of fact, if you decide not to go for it, let me know ([email protected]) I could be interested, Where in KS are you? I'm in Okla.
