I'm trying to buy early 720D pony start it has new muffler but the precleaner is taller than the muffler is this correct for this tractor

All factory pix I have seen show the top of the muffler and the top of the air cleaner the same hight. There are many after market mufflers out there and some don't even come close. There are Mufflers that look like J.D. mufflers and are all right for show but to run the tractor all day J.D. mufflers are baffeled others are straight thru and at the end of the day you will know which is better.
