Purchased 620 and found the hydrualics didn't work Removed the powertrol housing and found the plug had fallen out which drained the housing. Fixed that and the piston seals, ect. Also installed the required parts for draft control. Put back together. Both of the remotes work good but can't get rockshaft to move. Is there a bleed off for the rockshaft to remove air, or does the dash pot have to sense a load before the oil will move through the system?
thanks.

I had a similar problem on a 630. It turned out that the thottle valve that controls the speed of the drop of the rockshaft was turned all the way in which effectivly locked the rockshaft in place.

Look on the lower right side of the powertrol housing. The adjusting screw is inside a long hex cap nut, good luck and let us know if this solved the problem. If you have operators manual it is shown in it.

tried what you said don and it didn't move. The piston is all the way down. It acts as if no oil is flowing at all into cylinder. The ITT manual suggest it could be a stuck relief valve. Any help if you can
