BO Lindeman rough estimate

I have a guy interested in buying my BO Lindeman. I was not selling it but if the price is right he can have it. That gets me to my question. What would it be worth. It is in very good condition and as far as I know complete but it has not been started in 8 to ten years. It been kept inside and is not stuck. No blade. There is a winch that goes with it but it is not mounted. What else do I need to tell you in order to get an idea what it's worth? I'm not looking to get top dollar for it or anything but I don's want to regret it later if find out it's worth more. Thanks for your opinions.

There is one at another site that is electric start and he wants $8950.00 running.

I'm pretty sure the one that sold in Wiley, CO, a few months ago brought $4500.

It was locked up and didn't have a winch that I recall.

It was pretty complete and not too beat up, but was in "off the fence row" condition.
