Still working on JD 60 with loader that wouldn't lift. Got a different pump that works but makes alot of noise. Kind of sounds like air. Have used it for about 3 weeks and still making noise, and pump seems to be getting weak, at idle will not lift. Got a differnt pump yesterday had to use cover off of orignal (piece that lines go into) has some soring on face. This pump makes less noise, but will not lift very good. tried cover that came with this pump. Clamp that holds lines in won't fit on this cover. Works alittle better, still make noise and leaks around pipes, needs correct clamp. Three other pumps that I put on before didn't make any noise, but there didn't lift loader good. The last 2 pumps that I have installed are making noise, very loud. Why am I having such a problem
with this? Compared to another with same setup, doesn't make any pump noise. Does anybody know if rebuilt pumps are avaible? Thanks for the help.

Jack , sounds like you are sucking air, this will make noise and foam. If it's leaking it probably is getting air.Check your pipes (suction) under the platform , they will rust thru and let you get air . Just a thought. Don

Checked pipes, they are not leaking.
