Frank,

I thoroughly enjoyed your great Restoration Tip article about cleaning tractor parts with electrolysis. I can't say I understood it, but your regular references to the possiblity of becoming single while restoring a tractor sure did make sense!!

Stan:

Well, I'm glad it made it into print ! They told me it was going to probably make it into the June issue, but I haven't seen it yet.

I hope it works for people. It sure has saved me a lot of time.

Frank,

I'd bet a bundle that you'll particularly enjoy J. R. Hobbs' article this month as well.

Frank,

When did you send it to them? I've always wondered what the time lag is.

I'll be sure to look up your article when GM gets here in a few days.

Do you know a way to dip an entire tractor? :) It will be the only real choice for our 80 since we aren't tearing it too far apart.

Brandon:

I sent the last of the pictures to them right about the first of May, but I think it was getting pretty close to their deadline.

On the 80, you'll need a 40x20 swimming pool, lots of scrap iron, 3 tons of lye, and a Pettibone hoist. Oh, and about 300 car batteries wired in parallel.

She be clean then !

Frank
