What are some tricks in getting a more responsive govenor? new everything except weights. Are the weights in a G same as any other Deere?
Will adding or taking off lead help or hurt?

Al I changed the weights in my '51 "G" I installed B weights they're a lot smaller,I didn't trim any on the B weights, but I beleive it would help. I just wanted enough weight to control engine,I run without any weights, engine is a little hard to contol, but brother she will get the job done once you get out on the track.I discovered this by accidentaly installing weight arm improperly,I got a little concerned about the engine and installed the B weights Garland
