Hi everyone,

I was wondering what the differnce between the TSX 245,247,and 530 carb on a 1951 John Deere M? Does the 530 give the motor more power? My M has the 530. If I put the 245 or 247 on would it decrease power or engine purformance? What carb uses more fuel? Any help would help!!

JDM Guy, the 530 is a 40 gas carb.
~I don't know what the difference's are but the 530 uses a different body number & some internal parts are different. ~You might want to call Roberts Carb--Phone: (712) 262-5311) I'm sure he will be able to tell you what you need to know...
