The three cylinder diesel in my '66 1020 finally needs rebuilding. I bought it out of a very used JD350 crawler to replace the original gas engine, and it bolted right in. There were some things to change, like the tach drive on the end of the camshaft was different, etc.
What do you people think of original JD parts or aftermarket parts for the engine rebuild? Any good sources? Thanks.

I've heard folks say good things about Don's Diesel.

Here's a link.
