I bought a 70 all feul 4 weeks ago and started renovating her. So far it has been mainly mechanical work getting her to run as i am taking part in a world record attempt in 2 weeks time. We are going to have 400+ vintage tractors in one field all ploughing at the same time.
My problem is that my generator has been disconected and removed by the previous owner and she does not run a long time on the battery alone without charging. I request a big favour from collectors in the US to please fax or post me a Wiring diagram to enable me to connect the wires before our record attempt. My fax no in South Africa is +27 33 3946161. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Pieter, I sent you one by E-Mail. If you can't handle a picture by E-Mail post back & I will try to get the picture converted & post it or FAX it. I have limited resources with my lap top from where I'm at now.

I really appreciate the helping hand that you extended me. If you ever get to visit my beatiful country i will definitely make it up to you.

I will now be able to at least connect the battery to the generator in order for the battery to be charged.

Post some pictures of the "ploughing" event if you get a chance, we'd like to see them.
