I was wondering if anyone knew where you can type in serial numbers of tractors and find out about them. Thanks to all that reply

Are you looking for information such as build date, shipping dates, shipping destinations, codes for optional equipment, and any other similar sorts of items? Your only hope USED to be to call or write the archives at Mother Deere in Moline, but they now charge plenty for this service, and it is unavailable elsewhere. Besides, I think that Deere didn't really keep very detailed records of this sort of thing---at least not records that are easy to access. My bet is that this stuff is all stored on PUNCHED CARDS(if they recorded it at all!). Anybody care to speculate as to whether or not Deere still has a card reader?

Try looking on the left side of your monitor, under Research&Info there's a section called Serial Numbers. You can't type the number in,but you can look it up.
