My buddy and I were at the JD store today to get replacement rod brgs. All thats avail are std and .022 under. They did not have a 70 manual so we could not get the original crankshaft brg dia. WE would appreciate it someone out there could provide this dimension.

This is going to get messy in that we have a .013 difference between the 2 brgs so someone may have ground only one brg dia in the past. Also there were no identifying numbers on the old brg shells

Thanks a bunch SEAMO, Coincidently I was talking to a bearing house this morning about a crankshaft seal that is not carried by JD anymore but is available thru them from Federal Mogul. They will probably have these shells too.

United we should be able to fix anything

Don
