Estimate horsepower

Hi guys. I am rebuilding a 1948 model A and I was wondering if anybody could give me a horsepower estimate. I know that the '48 model A was rated at 38 belt horsepower. So far I have had the block bored .045 with power seal pistons. They appear to have higher compression than stock. The block and head have been milled .010 a piece. I will have the cam reground by Robert's Carb. Does anyone know what kind of horsepower this setup will make? What else can I do to gain power? Thanks for the help. John

John..you will have around 42 hp at rated rpm..m & w literature gives 44.3 hp with .125 over..tractor pulling site will give all kind of options on hp..lynn
