My 620 started to leak some oil out by the front power steering pump,so I cleaned it all up and started the engine and watched. It appeared to be coming out of a crack in the metal line"but" then I noticed that the whole front fan shaft seemed to be vibrating. A bearing out??Something broke? Everything works great, but I"m afraid something it about to happen. Suggestions

Rod, Is it making any more noise than befor? If the fan shaft seems to have movment Or vibs. The A frame the mounts the fan shaft might be broken off under the left mounting bolt. It still could be a pump problem, you know you need to replace the seal. But check the mounting bracket befor you start worring too much.RLA

My 730 did the same thing. I ended up rebuildingthe whole pump. Bearings seals bushings the whole works. It is worth your time to do it all because it is rather difficult to remove.

Get ready for a litle fun. Unless somebody made some mods you will have to move the radiator forward in order to get the pump out from the fan shaft coupling. Good luck Don
