I have a 85 model 310 B. It all works fine when I first start it. After running 5-10 minutes, the hydraulics are very slow. I have changed the filters, and put in new oil. same thing. Any help would be appreciated . Bob

The suction screen is located behind that short piece of hose that connects the hydraulic return filter to the transmission case. The easiest way to remove it is to loosen the hose clamps on that hose, then unbolt the filter housing from the flange that it is mounted to on the frame, then loosen and remove the fitting on that short hose where it screws into the transmission. Behind that fitting is the screen. Its tubular...about a foot long...can usually remove it by sticking your finger in there and pulling it out. ...try this first....but usually if its clogged the symptoms are worse when the oil is cold as opposed to warm....let me know what you find...
...don't forget to drain the oil first !!!!

I did not pull the screen. I don't know where it is. Will it be located near the filter housings? Help. Bob

Do the various functions "chatter" when operated or just slow??? If you can get a hold of a gauge, check front pump standby pressure....should be around 23-2400 psi checked at the top port on the left side of the front pump cover. ( on the stroke control valve ) .. Could be several things, but check pressure first.
