I have some planter parts (plates etc.) that I am trying to identify and would appreciate some help.

Some of the numbers are: Y2630B, Y2538, Y2601B, B522, 7898A,etc.

I would like to know which planter they fit.

Mike Aylward identified the parts would fit a 999 planter. I think this is not a horse drawn planter???

Ken, the "Y" series plates have a center hub unlike the "H" series plates. I'm not sure what all planters they fit but I am pretty sure they at least fit a 999, and quite likely several others. They are not quite as modern or common a plate as the "H" style, but they are not rare, either. Hope this helps. Mike

Ken, if you want a detailed list of all the planters these parts fit on, go to your John Deere dealer and have them look them up on their Master Parts Index. It will tell you all the machines that each part was used on. Mike
