John Deere 70 diesel restored value

Asking for opinions here. Have found a 70 diesel but need to know what it is worth. I am being told that everything has been gone through. Both engines have been rebuilt and run like new. Engine was upgraded with a 720 block and head. Tractor is 75hp.

It went for 8500 at mecum. It is worth a more because it would take at least that to restore one.

I think from 8500 to 10k is fine.
