Anyone have a diagram of the wiring for this conversion. I have a 64 model 3020 diesel I would like to convert over before hay season. I have the parts located but need to know just what to do so I don't blow something up. Thanks!

Kenneth at Classic generator has high output isolated ground 24V generator upgrades & alternators for use on 24V tractors. [email protected]

Keeps the batteries charged with extra loads & short/stop/start driving. If one battery is running down, a starter or generator winding is likely grounded out. Otherwise an extra unbalanced load has been added or one of the factory lights has failed & has not been replaced.

Thanks for the information, but I'm looking to do away with the 24 volt system not modify it. I would be interested in any information regarding wiring for that purpose. Thanks for the reply.

Make sure you keep all the 24V parts labeled in a box placed in a safe place where everyone knows where it is & what it belongs to. Someday they will be worth some bucks to the next owner/restorer of that 3020.

Thanks, and I do appreciate and commend you and others on the history of these classic machines. I use the tractor daily in my custom hay business and it has served me very well. I fully intend on keeping her for a long long time. I will do my best to keep her in the best shape I can. Thanks again.
