What is the difference between a styled and unstyled tractor? I just acquired a 1936 ( I believe) tractor and am looking for a manual to restore it. The manuals available are for a styled or unstyled model. Thank you for any help. Ken

This is a styled A, also borrowed photo from this page's gallery. This happens to be a late styled A, note the pressed steel frame. It is also a fine looking tractor. Good work Lonnie! I bet it really barks through that pipe!

I think the styled series began in 1939.

Partener, that unstyled tractor is a B, I'd almost bet'cha(not that it matters)'cause the intake stack is slightly behind the exhaust stack and the hood don't run parallel enough with the steering shaft like they do on A's. Now I don't mean to be a smart aleck, just noticed it, and by the way, both are good looking tractors, for sure!
