I have a John Deere model 50(1952) that my grandfather bought new. It has a 3 point hook-up on it. It is yellow and has a 4 digit number on it. I was wondering if it came on the tractor or if it was just something that was put on aftermarket. Thank You, Michael

There are three John Deere hitches that looked like a 3-pt. - Models 800, 800a and 801. The biggest difference is they used a horizontal bar between two top arms as opposed to a single top link. Then there wewre several After-market suppliers of three point hitches for JD's. I suspect the one you have is manufactured by a company that still is in business by the name of Worksaver!
