I am dealing on a 4000 gas engine with a private party. has pto 3-point 1 hydraulic outlet appears to be in good shape with a F11 loader on it. I just can't find any in the area to make a comparison with. The owner is asking $6000. Any ideas on what it is worth.

To answer your question, PLENTY!

Your question is comparable to asking what a G High crop is worth.

A total of just 256 gas tractors with Syncro range and an additional NINE tractors with powershift were built. Scarcity of this sort makes it comparable to the GH or AH tractors but with the useability of a 4020!.

The man's asking price of $6000 is a literal STEAL for a rare collectable tractor. If it were a gas 4020 it would probably be priced just about where it is really worth.

Diesel 4000s bring at LEAST what a 4020 brings and they made 7987 total 4000 tractors. The gassers are very rare and if you can buy it for 6000---

If you decide NOT to buy this tractor, just WHERE IS IT and WHO HAS IT?????
