I am putting a year a round cab on my early 3020 and it has a loader with the spool valves mounted on the right side coming off a bracket from the loader. I have to take off this bracket for the cab to fit. Does anyone have a idea as to what would be a good kind and place to put the controls for my loader?? I have only 1 remote so I thought about adding the second remote so I could use the levers on the dash downfall is that It will probally cost about $500.00 or more for this. Other idea I have is to find a differnt kind of valve I can mount in the cab with the hoses out the back side, I have not seen one yet. My valve now has hoses coming out from top and 2 sides so this would be a mess in the cab and look very bad. How about a joy stick control ?? thanks for any ideas and costs

I had to cut off the bracket the valve bank bolts on it was in the way the upright on the loader is only about 6 in. away from the lower windowin the cab so I cant mount it there and use rods to operate the valve but good idea though. I like the idea of the joystick control does any one know where to get one at or online

Heres an option I used on my Deere. I bought a control that fits the newer tractors with a cab. Joystick type with two flexible cables that operate the valve about 4-5 feet away. Leaves the mess outside with clean looks and operation inside. Leaves you remotes free for other stuff. To save a few bucks I fabricated my own bracket to attach the cable to my existing valve. Works real well.

You can use your existing valve and mount it in the same position it is now, use the rear half of the loader control (with the levers) mount this on the cab and lengthen the rods to reach the valve. You have to drill 2 holes through cab between the upper and lower windows to run the rods through. no real out of pocket expense except for some 1/2" round stock. Or plan 2, wobble stick controls available from deere or another aftermarket supplier.
