Hello. I havent talked to you before, but TractorBoy told me about you. I have a couple drive sprockets off of a JD crawler over in the auctions. The part numbers are 1520 40 01. That is all that I can find on them. They look like the could be off of a MC, or something similar to that. I am asking 200$ for these.. Only surface rust. NO chips on teeth. Is this too much or not enough?

Ken, I don't show that number. I plugged it into my data base & came up with nothing. Usually parts on an "M" have a M prefix but not always. Most "M" parts have less numbers also. If you are pretty sure it is a Deere number try your local dealer & have them put it into their computer to see what they come up with. Look for a prefix letter also.

There is no prefix letter. I have looked at these numbers a hundred times. They look very similar to the ones on JD's. I also hae a part number off a old pulley. It is as follows: 2942-DA. I think it is for IHC. it looks kind of like a IHC stamp on it, but I can't tell for sure. I asked in Farmall's board too. I also have ANOTHER pulley. Cant find any part numbers though. They are both spoked.
