I have a 46 GM with manifold F255R, the parts catalog list manifolds F552R and AF1323R for this tractor. Does anyone have any information pertaining to the F255R manifold? Just out of curosity I was wondering what type of manifold this is and it's application. Thanks for any information provided.

tkw, Somewhere you are reading a number wrong, part # F255R is the pto lever for the G, The gas manifold is AF1323R and the F552R is the all fuel manifold for tractors after G13000, which includes the '46 GM. Now, this is info from the parts catalog, later I'll go check my '46 GM because what the book says is SOMEtimes not what the parts say. Bob

Bob, After looking in the parts catalog, I thought I had misread the number also, but I have rechecked the number on it several times (even used my glasses)and I am certain it is F255R. I checked the parts index and also found that part number was for the pto lever. Thanks for responding. tkw

I need to check, but if I remember correctly, thats John Deere's version of a gas manifold for the tractor.
