Is there anything other than Calcium Chloride that can be used to increase tire weight? Thanks.

I have seen a product called RIM-GUARD advertised as non-corrosive, non-toxic, good to -30C, with a weight of 10.7#/gallon.
I do not have any experience with RIM-GUARD.

Yes, I use antifreeze/water in most of mine (I have Calcium Chloride in one) and I have heard of people using windshield washer fluid (becuase it's cheap and non toxic?). Calcium Chloride is best as it weighs more per gallon but will eat steel if it makes contact but it really isn't that much of a problem as long as you have tubes in your tires and wash any spills off ASAP.

Don, I just filled my tires with Rim Guard. It is essentially the same weight per gallon as brine(CaCl2), but is non-corrosive and won't freeze. Highly recommended.

My local dealer put the Rim Guard in for me. It cost $100 per tire 14.8x 28 size. It is a proprietary material and only certain dealers can get it. In our area(northern Michigan) one person supplies Rim guard to the shops selling tractor tires. You should be able to find a dealer in your area . I'm sure it is nation wide.
