I have a 39 B and I need to change one end fitting on one of the fuel lines. I have an extra line that is the wrong shape, but has good ends.

Does anyone know how to take the ends off of one line and put them on another line? They appear to be soldered. I heated the end until it was red hot and wouldn't move.

have done this many time. Cut the line right at the fitting, then drill the line out of the fitting with same size bit as line and then solder the fitting on the new line.

Thanks for the help. I cut off the old ends and have all new lines now. Thanks again.
