I have noticed a pop sound when I cross uneven ground. The right side(sitting on tractor) is setting against the stop, and the left side stays only about 1" above the stop. I drove it slowly along a rut today with the left tire holding the weight and the right tire looks as if it's working independent of the left side. when it starts to flex, thay's when I hear the "pop" sound.I hope someone can help me with this. I would also like to know if a Rollamatic off a 4020 would fit my 3020. I have just got it running and have never drove it before, so I don't know what happened to it. When driving straight ahead, it looks, (from the seat anyway),like the right tire is tracking to the right. I watched the dirt and the track it left and it isn't much, but I don't think it's normal. the rim isn't bent, and the bearings in the right side hub are tight enough. I will appreciate any and all responses. Thanks in advance; Barney--South Ga.

Definately sounds like you have a problem. Yes a front off of a 4020 will interchange. Some parts for the narrow front are discontinued, so if you work on the one you are currently using keep this in mind and work carefully.

The bolt pattern for every split pedestal roll o matic is identical. They will ALL interchange. However, some are more heavy duty than others. While the mounting bolt pattern for attachment to the tractor is the same, you can tell the heavy duty unit from the general duty one by counting the number of bolts on the "arms". The three bolt pattern is the lighter duty, you want one with four bolts. A Roll-o-matic from a 4010 or a 4020 should be the heavy duty type.
