We got the decals from K&K and they are good as everyone said. Highly recomended!!! Now we are looking for something else, or some help!!! The red rubber grommet around the gas tank filler cap, does anyone know of anyone doing them aftermarket? Or any other ideas that you all may have done when restoring your "New Generation". Thanks again

I painted mine red with spray paint... just to get by chep cause I plan on using the tractor for farm work, and know that a new one would only look new for so long.... I would think that deere would have them, but price could a bit high..... good luck

I didn't clearify myself at first but all you can get from JD is a black one, which is on there now. I would like to have the original red one if at all possible.

I'm not an expert, but my 3020 has a black grommet and red cap. I know that our 3010, 4010 and 4020 also had the same deal.

These models origionally came with the rubber being red. over many years of use, the red normally turns to an ugly brown- balck color. The new ones may be black to keep them looking from looking soo bad. Good luck finding them!!.. and if you do could you post any info on where you found them, I may be in need of a origional looking one soon.
