I have a 2240 with loaded tires, a 145 loader and the Roll-Guard top. Can anyone give me a idea how heavy this is? The books say the shipping weight of the tractor was about 4500lbs. but that was without the loader and the loaded tires. I have access to a 7,000lb. trailer. Will this rig be to heavy for the 7,000lb. trailer? Thank you.

Keep in mind you have to add the weight of the tractor and the trailer together, afterall, they are both sitting on the 7000lbs worth of axles. My guess is you should look for a 10,000lb trailer unless you are hauling very local. You can get away with overloading a trailer on a short run, but if you take off down the highway for a show 300 miles away you will wish you had a bigger trailer.

i would guess the tractor weighs around well lets see....1000 to 1500lbs for loader then oh probely 300 to 350 lbs of fluid....then 4500 for tractor...lets see thats....6600lbs and thats figured high so i would think the trailer would haul it.....what do you need to haul teh tractor for anyway? i have a 2510(53hp) around the same horse as yours and from factory it weighs 6500lbs we have a loader that weighs 1500lbs with 400lbs of fluid in each tire and roll-gaurd. and now it weighs around 8 or 9000lbs now just thought i would put that in for comparison.....
