Thought I would ask you guys as most of you have valid thought comments. I looked a 2510 diesel for sale here in michigan and was wondering what i should look for on it?? Its a narrow front diesel with 3-pt but no center link. some rust on the fenders but not too bad...not dented at all. runs like a top but owner says starter solenoid needs replaced as it clicks about 10 timbes before the starter kicks in then starts right up. Sometimes the syncrorange trans doesnt grab the gear right and you have to reshift into it but then grabs good and never pops out..what could that be? I disced with a 10 food disc for 1/2 hour and it worked fine. He wants 6,850 for it and i thougt about offering 6,500...any comments ?? thanks in advance.

grab it! around here a good 2510 diesel or gas with a a wide front brings around 7 or 8000 but since your looking at a narrow front it might bring the price down. if you want a wide front you can buy after market ones for around $1500 the solinoid will cost around $15 we bought ours outta ark. witha wide front and loader for $5500 but its gas. havent had to do anything to it yet... it does use a tad of oil though(1 quart a day when mowing or baleing)but thats cuz its wore out. hope this helps!!!!
