i have a 2510 that when its hot and you shut it down and try to start it again the starter wont engage. i was woundering if it ahd a relay switch on it? like a temp. gauge for the starter. my 3020 doesnt do this. if you let the tractor sit for 30 min. it will start righ up. i would appriciate any help. john2510-3020

John-- go to your JD dealer and get a starter relay kit for your tractor. This was a common problem at one time, hence the kit. It is easy to install and should remedy the trouble you have described. Bob
