I have been looking for a 730 wide front for a few months and have been unsuccessful. Locally, I have found a 720 LP WF w/ powersteering. I have two questions:
1. what differences are there between the 720 and the 730.

2. Is the tractor worth $4800.00? I know that he has that much invested and is not making much if any off the tractor. It has new paint & decals, has been converted to 12 volt, has 3 point, and the motor has been recently overhauled. The only flaws that I could find were that it had one new rear tire, but the other needed replaced, and also I don't think the inside of the rear rims are in good shape.

Could be a very worth while investment. Don't have my book handy but look it up and see how many LP's were made. That will give you and idea of whether to pay that or not. I've seen 330's go for over $12,000 just because of the limited number (1091 or something like that). Saw a 620 orchard go for $25000 at an auction in June. A lot depends on the rarity as far as invensment goes. Good luck, I would seriously consider purchasing it.

Justin, the 720 will already be 12 volt, not converted. If its as good as it sounds to be, $4800 may not be far off, but I would offer that with a new tire. the tire will run around $300. If you buy it be sure to get a manual and read up on the starting proceure. And use extreme caution when working with propane.
