I am planning to use our '52 A to pull a feed bunk wagon this fall/winter. I need to have all the tractor lights working and a couple of tail lights on the wagon. Do you think the generator set-up will handel this or should I try to up grade with an alternator? Thanks in advance! Rick

Rick, if the generator and regulator and battery are all good and working, and your not idling long periods of time, it should be fine. However, if your going to be idling alot and the extra lights you mentioned are failry high total wattage, an alternator produces more energy at lower rpm than a typical generator, and may be necessary. Bottom line, if you keep the RPM up the majortiy of time, the generator will probably keep up. Ol John T
