I don't know about a 4620 but a mere 4020 with 1200 hours could bring over $20,000 and someone would buy it to USE! Ask what a 4430 or 4440 is worth! As a collectable, it WILL become a valuable collector tractor if not already. The low hours should place it in the same price range as a 4440 with 5000 hours at the least, and they run over $20k easily. There is a guy on Successful Farming's site called Auction Pete who can be very accurate, he does this for a living.

A 4620 is not comparable to a gen III tractor. It would be closer to a 4630 than a 4430. There is no point in valueing a older tractor with low hours by comparing it to a more modern tractor with low hours. A 4620 is 30 years old that is less than 40 hours a year of usage. JD tachs are prone to breakage most likley it has been replaced.
