I have pulled a 14' JD RWA with my 70G in 2nd gear. It makes it really work, but it will pull it. I tend to think that anything this size or smaller would be feasable, you should have no problem with 12'

AJZ, I pull a 10 ft JD tandom with a 46 A, first time in fresh plowed dirt 2nd gear, second time 3rd gear no sweat, and the 46 is fast geared. A 70 won't have no problem with a 10 or 12ft. Which ever one you get, put it in the dirt and make that 70 talk.

Assuming you plan to set the disk down to a respectable depth, 10 foot in 3rd gear, 12-14 foot in 2nd.

There is a similar question I think it was on the implement page. I think most people there thought a 10 ft disk was best. A disk can pull harder than it looks.

I think my 10' John Deere RWA would make a good match. It is a fairly light weight disk but good for what it does. Only drawback is that the gangs are NOT adjustable. I bought mine a year ago for $325. It was missing about half the paint and about half of the disk scrapers.
