When the engine starts the brakes come on without applying them. I take the hyd.line off that runs from brake valve to diff.lock and dump back into the resivor and start engine and they dont come on at that time. Has anyone had this same trouble and if so could you tell me what the fix might be. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the brake valves are leaking oil into the brake supply lines. You need to remove the brake valve from the tractor and disassemble, clean & re-seal it. If you don't have a service manual, now is a good time to get one.
