Do you really want to get rid of the oil bath? I feel the oil bath is far superior than a dry element type air cleaner. Over all even the finest dirt particles wont get through oil but they can pass through a dry element. Id leave the oil bath on. Hope this helps you change your mind junkman.

Big Green, If the oil bath was superior to the dry element, why did John Deere switch to the dry? Why did all the automakers switch also? K&N makes a wonderful filter element tha will flow far more air than the oil bath. It is a cotton gauze type filter that is soaked in oil. Comes with a million mile warranty and they swear that it will flow more air dirty than a brand new paper filter. Technology tells me that dry is better just by what is in service.
