I was wondering if you can run gas in an all-fuel tractor all the time. I know that you start them on it but if you run them on it all the time will it hurt them. What about horsepower on gas or even a high octane gas in these types of tractors. Thanks

Scott

Scott,
I think you would do yourself AND your tractor a big favor by running gas all the time...I don't believe it will hurt a thing, and it will save you hours of frustration.

I always burned gas in a all fuel tractor. Never bothered.

One uses gasoline in all spark ignited engines. Tractors were made to run on about 75 octane gasoline. The all fuel engines 0 octane fuel. So there is no need to use anything but regular gasoline in a tractor.

Gas won`t hurt your All-Fuel engine. You should have more power with gasoline. I doubt if you have enough compression to burn high octane gas effiecently. It won`t hurt it, but you won`t gain anything either. Scott M.
