I have a J.D. pull-type bush hog. Model # 307. Ser.#001. Can anyone tell me the age and value of it?

all 307s have the serial # of 001

So, there's no significance at all in the ser. #001? How did they keep track of the ones made?

They were made from 61'-72'. If it's in good condition you could probaly get $300-$400. If there are lots of JD guys in your area you can useually get top $. The pull-type isn't really that desireable but JD made a good bushog.
