Remove the adjuster and yoke and soke it down with your favret wd40 type stuff. Mount it in a vise and heat up the outer part and try to remove it with a hammer This is not the cheepest way but it is the best
by a new rod and yoke and your back at work making $ with your machine becase after you spend
all day geting one side luse it will be to pitted
to hold a seal. Im just an old ind mecineck that been there and dune that.
Good Luck
