I found water in the oil in my air cleaner. As it was choking real bad,so I took off the bottom and it was ice and oil in the bottom.I use the b for cleaning snow off the driveway,I have a loader on it.Now what weight oil should I put in it?I put 10w30 in it put it back together, while it was running it was fine till I started it the next time it seem to flood again so I took it off and it run fine.Yes I filled it to the line on the can. Thanks Dean Minn

On tractors with a stack we used a couple of rings & burlap sack as a coarse prefilter to prevent snow from being drawn in. On tractors with a snorkle behind the grill a bran sack over the entire grill filters out the snow. An oilbath aircleaner is a 2nd best attempt to filter air at the best of times. Albert sells dry filter conversions that fit inside & work great.

The 10W 30 will work fine. They uses to use 30w oil in the oil bath filters. There must be something up in the filter fibers that has a restriction. Maybe Ice has formed in the filter fibers from the water that was in the oil bath prior to you changing the oil. If there is moisture in the fibers the air rushing thru the fibers will have a tendancey to freeze. remove the elboe prior to the Carburator and run the tractor. If it still floods and runs bad you might have a bad float. I hope this helps. Maybe Clooney or John T might have some more Ideas
