got it running today thanks to everybodys comments the jets in the carb were completely clogged and my fuel line was breaking dow and constricting witch limmited the fuel flow. runs good no smoke sounds strong with great oil pressure.

Check the vent line going from the carb to the gas tank. if its kinked it will limit your flow. i've seen it happen.

Brian, Not saying this is your problem or not but being you have replaced the manifolds it very well could be. What can happen is the intake manifold gasket can be installed upside-down still allowing the bolt holes to be aligned but not sealing the manifold to the head which will cause a intake leak and make your carburetor run lean. I have seen this happen on the duplex manifold setup over the years, you might be able to look under the intake manifold with a flashlight and check or start the tractor and spray a little starting fluid under it and listen for engine rpm change. Be careful!! Good Luck Dave Wickman
