just bought 4010 john deer need to know weight it has tricyle front end and on propane thanks milton

neb. test 760 for the 4010LP states that the tractor weighed 7400 on arrival. Owners manual for a 4020 LP has 8490#'s listed as shipping weight. There might be added ballast on your tractor, so these numbers will put in the ball park. another option is to check with your friendly JD dealer. ALso, 800 522 7448 will get you JD's Distribution Service center. You can get your operator, parts and tech manuals for your 4010. These manuals are well worth the money.

Milton, check in your owner's manual in the specifications section. If you didn't get an owner's manual when you got the tractor, get one.
You can do that by calling either your dealer or the 800 number for JD Pubs which you can get from JD's website. Jim.
