I was given the number for Vintage tractor engines in Spokane Washington for a place that has a good grind for a JD. Any thoughts and prices?

I used the folks in WA once and waited and waited for 6 weeks. Roberts grind my 730 D cam in 1 week and they did a great job for less money.

Fred, Robert's Carburetor Repair has competition camshafts available. I was able to talk to the camshaft grinder personally and told him what set-up I had, and he ground it to match. I am very pleased with the results. Hope this helps. Mike

Fred if they grind a cam like they pour babbit bearings they will leave the lobe's off. Talk with Allen Schooler in Princeton Mo. Fine and iformative guy,I enjoy talking to him,and does what he sayes he'll do.I purchased a 720 grind from him for "G" it was ground by Ed. Iskadarian seems alright. just an opinion Gman
