I've managed to crack the frame on my 1951 B pushing hay wagons into the barn. I know, bad move, but I can't take it back. Question, how hard is the frame to pull and replace? Do you have to take the head off in order to get the frame out? Can it be welded successfully in place or after it has been removed? The frame was welded once already. I have some other problems too like wheel seals, and oil seeping at the belt pulley. Wondering what to do? Any advise? Thanks

if you decide to replace the frame i know where one is at in northern mo.wheel seals are fairly simple to change,as for the pully a little worse but not bad
