Tire/Wheel Sizes

This question may have been asked before but if so I can't find any related information in previous posts. I'm getting ready to buy new rear rims and tires for a '37 B but don't know what size would be best to get. Two-Cylinder magazine said that these tractors were originally sold with either 48" steel or optional 7.5-36 or 9.00-36 rubber tires. The particular B that I've got was apparently originally equipped with the 48" steel wheels that were later cut down for 38" rims. These old 38" rims have rotted out and I don't know whether to replace them with new 38" rims or go with 36" rims. Either size will work. The 38" is a more common tire size than the 36" but I don't know if there is a better look to a B with 36's. Also, any suggestions on rim style? Miller Tire has both a flat face rim and a deep well available - are there other rim sources anywhere?
Thanks for your opinions.

A few unstyled 'B's of that era came with 38" rims on cast wheels. My dad bought one new ('38 or '39) that way. By the time I saw it, it had 9.00-38s on it, but that was in the late 50s, so I don't know what the original tire size was.
