I have a 1964 3020 gas and would like to convert it over to a negative ground system because I might convert it over to electronic ignition sometime soon. Is it that hard to do and what should I watch for? Any help would be apprieciated.

Greg, reverse the battery, reverse the coil leads, reverse any ammeter leads if it has one, repolarize the voltage regulator, and if the fuel gauge is a galvo type instead of a bimetal strip, it would have to be reversed.. I think Genesee maY make a positive ground elec ignition??? Ol John T in Indiana

When we converted our 3020 diesel, we forgot about the fuel gauge, which tried to go around upside down.
